Whistle-Safe

We have seen the criminal Robert Mugabe swindling the electorate of Zimbabwe yet again this weekend, but surely there must be someone who knows a little more than appears to have been told. He has been quite blatant, but without the help of someone who is willing to blow the whistle there will be no absolute proof of anything.

Is there someone out here who has a suggestion for how the international community can deal with this situation without breaking diplomatic code?

Please speak up if you are out there. Surely the world should not stand by and let him get away with it yet again.
