Over at wikileaks, they've leaked the 2004 Standard Operative Procedures for US forces at Guantanamo Bay. It mentions many nasty practices in writing.
I bet that someone in the Bush Administration is on the record denying one or more of these practices. If so, then it's true that DoD (or the administration) lied about torture at Gitmo.
